How to Make a Complaint

Complaints should be submitted in writing to the Practice Manager by:

• In person or by telephone
• In writing by email to: doctors.rowland@nhs.net or completing a form available from reception.

 

Alternatively you can contact Birmingham and Solihull ICB on: bsol.patientexperience@nhs.net

Please provide clear and concise details of your concerns.

Complaints on Behalf of Someone Else

We follow strict medical confidentiality rules. If you are making a complaint on behalf of another patient, their written consent will normally be required unless they are unable to provide it due to illness or incapacity. A Third-Party Consent Form is available on request.
